Business Development Manager, Training & Certification

We’re looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager for Stripe’s Training & Certification organization. The role involves identifying opportunities to attach training offerings to Stripe user opportunities, driving learner acquisition and growth, and building a user reference program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Management, or Enablement Sales (SaaS experience preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition-based quotas (e.g., users, seats, or certifications)
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
• Ability to navigate internal GTM motions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• User First mindset with a genuine care for the success of the people using Stripe
