Requirements
- Create and manage product listings across all platforms
- Check and update product packaging information to ensure accuracy
- Upload and maintain consistent product information across all platforms
- Provide support to customer service and warehouse teams when required
- Handle Lazada and Shopee live chat requests
- Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure product listings, visuals, and inventory updates meet company and client standards
- Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or issues in listings, visuals, and stock data to ensure high accuracy and smooth operations
- Oversee return and refund requests, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
- Verify and process returned parcels, ensuring required evidence (photos/videos) is documented for clarity and resolution
- Manage partial order cancellations, ensuring customers are informed of alternative solutions where applicable
