Growth Account Manager

We are looking for a Growth Account Manager to serve as an advisor and SumUp brand ambassador to our merchants, and to mentor, empower, and educate them on our products and their value. The successful candidate will consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention, and will be able to connect with customers through phone, email, and chat to ensure their satisfaction and utilization of their current SumUp products.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years+ previous experience in customer success, sales, account management, relationship/partner management or client services (SMB)
  • Strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive ‘can-do’ demeanor with a consistent record of success in a sales environment.
  • Significant Salesforce experience – specifically with SF case management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English, and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work in the office Mon – Fri
