Financial Planning & Analytics Manager (all genders)

Join our Finance team at Sunday Natural as a Financial Planning & Analytics Manager. You will own inventory and cost performance analytics, partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to turn numbers into decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A (Controlling), cost analysis, or finance, ideally within manufacturing or consumer products.
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing cost structures, and D2C fulfillment economics.
• High proficiency in financial modeling, and ERP systems (preferably Odoo or LucaNet).
• Experience building visual, actionable reports using BI tools (Tableau, GetKlar, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Hands-on mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you own your work end-to-end.
