Marketing Manager

Sunflower Bank is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager at their Plano, TX location. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborate with internal and external partners, and manage marketing programs.

Requirements

• College degree with Marketing, Business, English, or Journalism major or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of marketing experience in banking, private banking, investment management, wealth management, or a regulated sales industry preferred
• Past expertise in MarTech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social media tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide accurate work
• Skill in defining problems, collecting data and interpreting information
• Ability to read, interpret and apply compliance law and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
