Sales Operations Specialist – Greece

Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, ensure contracts, orders, deliveries, and payments run smoothly. Coordinate with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
• Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• English language skills at C1 level; Greek at C2 level; Chinese at B2 level is a plus
