The Billing Operations Analyst supports the fast-growing organization by managing customer orders on a daily basis and communicating with sales, shipping, and other departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 6 years accounting experience
- Experience with Order Processing, Billing Operations, and/or AR collections
- Experience with SAP
- Strong knowledge of US & Malaysia GAAP
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proactive, detail oriented, organized
- Ability to work under multi-tasks and time pressure with deadlines
