Requirements

• 10 years in leading marketing position
• Experience in portfolio and brand development and management
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Crops and agronomy knowledge is a plus
• Financial and business acumen
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• People/team management
• Program/project management
