Syntho is a start-up that enables organizations to safely and efficiently work with privacy-preserving, production-like data. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Syntho’s sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or lead generation
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and spark interest
  • Skilled in building trust with senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable positioning a technical product in a compelling way
  • Experience with complex B2B solutions is a plus
  • Affinity with data, technology, or AI
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand customer challenges quickly
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real problems
  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Ability to build and improve repeatable sales processes
  • Ownership of your pipeline and territory
  • Structured yet creative in your approach
