They are looking for a Growth and Retention Manager to lead the entire growth strategy and execution focused on Retention & Customer Experience, ensuring that each client has an exceptional experience from onboarding to repurchase and recommendation.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Growth, CRM, Lifecycle, Retention, or Customer Experience roles.
- Experience in startups, digital companies, or high-growth environments.
- Experience executing top-to-bottom retention and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Solid knowledge of funnels, customer journeys, cohorts, and growth metrics.
- Experience working with CRM tools, automation, and data analysis.
