Associate Marketing Manager, U.S., T-Mobile Advertising Solutions

Role Overview

This role supports a marketing team for T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) and helps drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth across the U.S. market. Your work will span integrated campaigns, educational content, sales enablement, and strategic execution of industry events.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, develop and execute content across a variety of formats, own localization and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral, support the planning and execution of industry and client events, and partner with client-facing teams to support lead pipeline management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of experience working in media, advertising, or ad tech
• Robust experience producing an array of marketing materials, including content, copywriting, sales enablement collateral, and creative assets
• Proficient in using CRM and CMS platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.) to support marketing initiatives and manage website content
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
• Hands on experience executing end-to-end events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, venue sourcing, and on-site execution
