Promotes quality customer service and processes sales and registration transactions as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish Swim School members.
What You Will Do
Answers telephones, emails, and texts, conducts sales calls, processes student registrations, resolves customer concerns, and assists customers with purchases.
