- 1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Experience with paid social, retargeting, display campaigns
- Managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Experience working with landing pages and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization
- Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion setup
- Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Data-driven decision-making
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design
- Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels
- Generate and scale qualified leads through performance marketing
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact
- Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches
- Work closely with Product Marketing Manager on messaging, offers, and funnels
- Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel
- Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting setup
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations for optimization
