Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A is responsible for leading the company’s revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis supporting strategic decision-making towards top-line performance. This role partners closely with Commercial, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Marketing and Accounting to provide actionable insights into revenue performance, key business drivers, business trends, pricing, and forecast risks and opportunities.
What You Will Do
The Sr., Mgr. is responsible for revenue reporting & analytics, forecasting & planning, and business partnership. This includes generating meaningful reporting and analytics in support of commercial execution, delivering timely and accurate reporting of actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior-year performance, and evaluating assumptions related to demand, pricing, conversion rates, market growth, and commercial initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- 8+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning
- 3+ years of experience in financial management is preferred
- Experience supporting commercial organizations and revenue forecasting processes
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to obtain buy-in from business partners on a wide variety of priorities and goals
- Excellent analytical, management, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for financial reporting and presentation
