Data Analyst Demand Planning

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to support our global planning organization through advanced analytics, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, develop dashboards, perform root cause analysis, and support monthly Demand Review and business review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
