Tayco is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join its growing and dynamic Customer Experience team. The Customer Experience Representative will champion the customer experience strategy, work with a motivated and engaging team, and enjoy a fantastic culture.

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Experience and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
  • Proven data entry and typing skills
