Role Overview
The Customer Experience Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions. They will also respond to customer concerns, achieve business objectives, and promote banking solutions. The role requires strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as initiative and accuracy.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond to and resolve customer concerns, achieve assigned goals and business objectives, and connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
