Role Overview
Work as a frontline representative of TD Canada Trust, building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions.
What You Will Do
Process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond and resolve customers’ concerns, achieve assigned goals and business objectives, and deliver quality customer experiences.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience

- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
