The Business Development Representative is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, and managing vendor pipelines.

Requirements

  • Maintains and builds relationships with customers
  • Provides excellent customer service and support
  • Drives vendor initiatives and supports partner enablement activities
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends
  • Tracks and manages the vendor pipeline
  • Collaborates with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific KPIs and targets
  • Builds customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio
