Role Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting Tec D Malaysia sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets, managing customer engagement, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring accurate quotation and CRM management.
What You Will Do
Drive monthly and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets, build strong customer relationships, generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of sales processes, customer engagement cycles, quotation workflow, and follow-up discipline, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple customer requests and sales opportunities concurrently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, quotation management, order entry, or customer relationship management
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Sales, or a related discipline
- Relevant sales, customer service, or technology industry experience may be considered in place of formal academic qualifications
