Partner Success Manager role is responsible for internal support to individual vendor business in Cloud, Security & Software. The role involves engaging with partners/traders, driving customer satisfaction, and onboarding and supporting partner-oriented platforms and processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge of Cloud, preferably Microsoft and Azure, or other knowledge (Google, AWS…)
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, vendors, and competition
- Self-leadership and structure
- Ability to influence sales teams
- Danish on a native level
- English on a professional level
- Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio
