Partner Success Manager role is responsible for internal support to individual vendor business in Cloud, Security & Software. The role involves engaging with partners/traders, driving customer satisfaction, and onboarding and supporting partner-oriented platforms and processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Knowledge of Cloud, preferably Microsoft and Azure, or other knowledge (Google, AWS…)
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, vendors, and competition
  • Self-leadership and structure
  • Ability to influence sales teams
  • Danish on a native level
  • English on a professional level
  • Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio
