Plant Financial Analyst (On-site in Mount Joy, PA)

The Plant Financial Analyst will support the Mt. Joy, PA facility of TE Connectivity’s Aerospace, Defense & Marine business unit. The role is responsible for driving strong cost controls, operational efficiencies, and enhanced visibility into plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of costing fundamentals and financial drivers within a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
