Business Development & Sales Manager _ Southern Europe

Role Overview

Employer Buildings is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Southern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and supporting sustainable revenue growth across the region.

What You Will Do

The primary focus of the role is to generate opportunities for Employer Buildings’ modular building solutions with major end users, EPC contractors, OEMs and engineering consultants. The Business Development Manager will manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting through to contract award and customer handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business development or technical sales within industrial or project-based environments
• Proven experience selling engineered solutions, modular buildings or capital equipment
• Strong network across EPC contractors, OEMs and major industrial end users within Southern Europe
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities or Industrial sectors
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities from lead generation through contract award
• Commercial negotiation and contract management experience
• Experience using Zoho CRM or an equivalent CRM platform
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English is essential. Italian is highly desirable, with additional European languages considered an advantage
