About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to work closely with the CRO and Sales team.

The role will primarily focus on Salesforce, sales reporting, data management, and supporting the Sales team with day-to-day sales operations and key sales initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with data, has strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, and enjoys working closely with Sales teams to help them stay organized, track performance, and improve execution.

What You’ll Do

Salesforce & Reporting

  • Create, maintain, and update Salesforce reports and dashboards for the Sales team and leadership.
  • Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track key sales metrics including pipeline, opportunities, conversions, closures, and target achievement.
  • Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date.
  • Work with Sales team members to ensure opportunities and pipeline information are correctly maintained.
  • Support Salesforce-related reporting requirements and improvements.

Sales Operations

  • Support the CRO and Sales leaders with regular sales reports and data.
  • Maintain sales trackers and operational reports.
  • Support pipeline reviews and sales meetings with relevant reports and information.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in sales data and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Sales team.

Sales Projects

  • Work with the Sales team on projects focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Support initiatives around lead tracking, opportunity management, pipeline movement, and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Sales leaders with data and reporting for specific sales initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Good experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, opportunities, and CRM management.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and sales data.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales teams and understand their requirements.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done.

Good to Have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, EdTech, or technology company.
  • Experience supporting sales forecasting or pipeline reviews.
  • Exposure to Salesforce automation or CRM process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales leadership receives accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Salesforce data is clean, reliable, and up to date.
  • The Sales team has the information and reports required to manage their pipeline effectively.
  • Sales reporting and operational requests are handled efficiently.
  • You become a dependable partner to the Sales team for Salesforce, reporting, data, and sales projects.
  • Your work helps improve sales execution and customer acquisition.
