Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to bring our data in-house and build the foundation the whole company relies on. This is a new role and our first dedicated data hire.
What You Will Do
Day to day, you will work with ecommerce and marketing on attribution, tracking, and channel reporting; merchandising and planning on product, stock, and sales data; finance on reporting and reconciliation against the ERP; retail and wholesale on store and B2B performance; and operations on demand, supply, and warehouse data.

This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role sits in our open-plan office, working closely with the wider team day to day.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience building and running a modern data stack, including ELT tooling such as Weld, BigQuery, and dbt
- Strong SQL and dimensional modelling skills
- Experience building dashboards in a common tool such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience with API integrations
- Good engineering habits: version control, testing, documentation, and CI/CD
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude in your daily work, and keen to help others do the same
- A clear communicator with a strong eye for detail
