Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
  • Experience from B2B tech, SaaS, or telecommunications
  • Experience managing and growing a customer portfolio
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and professional English
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
