As a CRM & Engagement Marketing Manager, you will define and execute our overall engagement and lifecycle marketing strategy across B2B and B2C health and lifestyle products.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in engagement, lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing in digital health, consumer apps, or SaaS
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Customer.io, Brevo, Salesforce)
- Strong skills in copywriting and content creation in German and English
- Confident in external partner management, including leading alignment workshops, co-developing programs, and consulting stakeholders on engagement best practices
