Role Overview
Lead the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) team to achieve prospecting, commercial opportunity generation, and sales pipeline development goals. Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies, develop the team, and optimize lead generation processes.
What You Will Do
Supervise new customer prospecting activities, ensure lead generation and qualified commercial opportunity goals, design and implement strategies to increase prospecting effectiveness, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, B2B lead generation experience, and intermediate CRM and Excel skills are required. Intermediate or advanced English skills are desired.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of commercial prospecting, Sales Development, or Business Development experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading prospecting or sales teams
- B2B lead generation experience
- Intermediate CRM and Excel skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Intermediate or advanced English skills (desired)
