We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support business groups – Integrated Systems Test (IST) and Global Customer Service (GCS) – within our Semiconductor Test Group. The role will lead strategic HR partnership, advise senior leaders on organizational and talent decisions, and support employee engagement, organizational risk management, and complex employee relations matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex, global organizations
- Experience across core HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations
