Territory Studio is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the studio. The role involves identifying and engaging new clients, building relationships, and spotting opportunities in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to take a data-informed approach to identifying opportunities, targeting clients, and planning outreach
  • Experience generating leads and managing early-stage client engagement
  • Ability to develop and execute structured outreach strategies
  • Confidence working with data, tracking performance, and using CRM systems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience within a creative studio, agency, or related industry (nice to have)
