Requirements
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to take a data-informed approach to identifying opportunities, targeting clients, and planning outreach
- Experience generating leads and managing early-stage client engagement
- Ability to develop and execute structured outreach strategies
- Confidence working with data, tracking performance, and using CRM systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience within a creative studio, agency, or related industry (nice to have)
