Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Andheri region, leading and managing a sales team to identify, acquire, and retain high-value clients, and ensuring product availability and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the FMCG, Foods, or Beverage industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client portfolios in urban markets
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving team performance
- In-depth knowledge of retail distribution networks, trade promotions, and pricing strategies in the Indian market
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
