Role Overview
As a territory sales coordinator, you will support the daily work, professional development, and performance of independent sales representatives (ISCs) in your area.
What You Will Do
Supporting, motivating, and monitoring the performance of independent sales representatives (ISCs) in your area, working in a commission-based system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will work closely with ISCs, especially in the first 90 days after joining, and help them with sales work, administration, and learning new processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B, preferably in territorial sales; an advantage is experience in payment solutions, fintech, or software services.
- Experience in supporting sales representatives, partners, or independent sales networks, and their performance development.
- Confidently using and interpreting performance metrics, sales process data, and related reports.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, and administrative discipline; you can handle multiple tasks reliably.
- Direct, supportive, and empathetic communication; you can formulate clear expectations and provide genuine feedback in a partner-like tone.
- Practical and solution-focused thinking: you can identify obstacles and provide concrete, usable assistance to ISCs.
- B category driving license and commitment to spend at least 50% of your working hours on personal meetings and fieldwork.
