Teya is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing professional to lead their paid media engine across various platforms. The successful candidate will own the paid media engine, run hyperlocal flights, and own the lead-qualification engine. The role requires 8+ years of experience in digital/paid performance/growth marketing, preferably in fintech/SaaS/technology or product-led businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and operator skills, with the ability to define vision and run weekly performance reviews. Additionally, the candidate should be agentic by default, using AI agents in their own paid workflow. The role is based in Central London, 4 days a week.
