Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS or technology/software sales environment
- Fluent English
- Proven experience managing teams in BDM/Sales and their team targets
- Professional Experience in sales pipeline, New ARR tracking and commercial performance metrics.
- Strong in closing new business deals independently especially in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Experience maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline reporting and sales processes
- You know how to push execution accountability and momentum within a sales team
