Role Overview
Responsible for developing business in Japan, specifically in the Defense domain, with a focus on the Japanese Army. This role involves proactive contact with potential customers and partners to promote Thales’ portfolio and capture customer needs and requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop new business opportunities, share customer needs and requirements within Thales, define the best solution, and implement a winning strategy with the Country Director and Head of Defense Account Sales Director.

Requirements
- Strong business experience in negotiating in Defense sector
- Experience of working with international manufacturers serving Japanese market
- Japanese/Native level
- English/Business to Native level (Equivalent to TOEIC 900 and over)
- Capable to have business trip for both of domestic and international
