GTM AI Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a GTM AI Operations Specialist to help us build the next generation of our Go-to-Market organisation. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, automation, marketing, sales, and operations.

What You Will Do

You’ll build AI Agents for GTM, design, build, test, and continuously improve AI agents for Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams. You’ll identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, improve quality, or accelerate execution.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth, Demand Generation, or a similar GTM function
• Highly curious about AI and actively experiment with new AI tools
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, agents, or AI-powered processes
• Comfortable working with tools such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to care about outcomes rather than simply implementing technology for its own sake
