Role Overview
The District Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Developers to achieve sales goals and objectives. This role involves fostering key customer relationships, cross-functional partnerships, and strategic planning of key initiatives. The District Sales Manager is accountable for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation.
What You Will Do
Teach, train, and develop account developers on sales processes and procedures. Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists for account developers. Manage the execution of sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid in-state Driver’s License; excellent driving history
- Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations
- Advanced selling skills
- Prior leadership and management experience (plus)
