Communications Manager

ChangeInkk is a non-profit organization working to unlock the potential of individuals with learning disabilities in India. The Communications Manager will lead and strengthen ChangeInkk’s communications strategy and institutional voice, translating complex policy and research work into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Media Studies, Development Studies, Marketing, or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience in communications, media, digital storytelling, public affairs, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience in writing, content development, and narrative building
• Experience managing digital communications and social media platforms
• Ability to translate technical, policy, or programmatic work into accessible communication formats
