Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer serves as a key member of the Salesforce development team, responsible for the design, development, integration, and optimization of solutions across the Salesforce platform.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and related platform technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Three to Five (3-5)+ years of Salesforce development experience with demonstrated success delivering complex business solutions
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Experience with declarative development tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools (SFDX, Gearset, Copado, or similar)
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
