Youth Development Lead – Delivery Partnerships (London) to build meaningful connections with delivery partners and volunteers, and support young people in achieving positive outcomes. Maternity cover until 22/07/2027, £27,124.00 to £32,314.00 salary dependent on location, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Lead in welcoming, training, and expertly managing a group of delivery partners and delivery partner staff.
• Ensure young people have an exceptional experience and achieve positive outcomes.
• Support delivery partners and volunteers in bringing programmes to life, provide access to training, resources, qualifications, and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and record information and data on young people and partners.
• Facilitate best practice sharing, energise networking sessions, and lead sessions with young people.
• Transform ordinary moments into unforgettable events, and be a strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills.
