Requirements

  • Welcome, train, and expertly manage a group of delivery partners and delivery partner staff
  • Ensure that our young people have an exceptional experience and achieve those positive outcomes that change lives
  • Travel in around London, with particular focus on Norfolk and Suffolk to support the delivery of programmes as well as programme visits
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary policies that keep things running smoothly
  • Meticulously record information and data on young people and partners
