Role Overview
Join a UK-Based Cleaning Contractor as a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the construction and tenancy cleaning sectors. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities through outbound sales and tender management.
What You Will Do
Generate qualified leads, build and maintain a sales pipeline, manage tender submissions, and calculate quotes. Follow up on tenders and client enquiries, and build strong client relationships.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow structured workflows
- CRM-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with telephone and email sales outreach
- Professional and proactive approach
