Financial Analyst – Real Estate & Property Development

Role Overview

Contribute to the growth of your career in a dynamic Real Estate & Property Development team. As a Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data, and provide variance analysis to various levels of management.

What You Will Do

Develop annual and long-range capital plans, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, create and present High Level Plan summaries, and perform financial modeling and scenario evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or Business
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong practical Power BI and/or Tableau experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the full Microsoft 365 suite
