As the Marketing Manager, you will provide a leadership role for peers through extensive knowledge in your area of specialization. Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity. Develops, implements, and manages long-range and annual marketing plans, programs, and strategies. Works cross-divisionally and cross-functionally with other divisions to develop, present, and execute business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline or MBA with 2+ years marketing experience
  • 5 years of Marketing or related experience (Marketing Manager I) or 7 years of marketing experience minimum (Marketing Manager II)
  • Proficient and mastering specific skills to specialty or area of focus including: Branding, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Planning, Marketing Strategy, Project Management, Resource Planning, Vendor Management, Strategy Implementation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, influencing ability, and effective participation in cross-functional teams
  • Strong relationship building skills with key industry entities, sales, and channel
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong database skills
  • Strong project management skills
