Financial Analyst – Merchant Services Specialist

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst – Merchant Services Specialist provides high-level support to UT Austin’s Cash Management and Treasury teams, with an emphasis on supporting PCI Compliance and Merchant Services.

What You Will Do

Provide tier-one support to The University of Texas at Austin’s 200+ credit card merchants, serve as one of two administrators of the University’s TouchNet Marketplace eCommerce platform, and assist with the implementation of TouchNet Marketplace uPay and Marketplace POS systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting

• ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, training materials, and presentations targeting both business and technical audiences
• excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals with varying skills and backgrounds at all levels within a complex and decentralized organization
