Role Overview

The Lead Data Analyst owns the most complex work on the team end-to-end: framing, approach, read, and recommendation. The team focuses on understanding how users navigate and engage with Disney’s streaming products and whether the feature changes deliver the intended results.

What You Will Do

Own experiment analysis end-to-end, lead A/B tests on navigation, discovery, and feature surfaces, develop and own metrics, drive behavioral analysis, communicate across levels, build and maintain dashboards.
