Performance Marketing Supervisor Fixed Term Contract

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Performance Marketing Supervisor to work in a fixed-term contract for 6 months in Madrid, Spain. The role will support the Senior Manager in driving the effectiveness of paid media investments and contribute to shaping local messaging and campaign planning.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within a subscription or DTC environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with key campaign management platforms.
• Familiarity with MMM, attribution models or incrementality frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
