Role Overview
Provide global financial leadership for overall FP&A reporting and analytics, interpret results and forecasts, and drive alignment and actions to improve business performance.
What You Will Do
Partner with Operations and CMD teams, lead financial processes, assess financial performance, identify and implement solutions to optimize Operations Finance processes, and ensure compliance.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA desired
- Minimum 8 years of growing responsibility in finance business partnership
- Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain finance experience
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management
- Ability to lead and implement ideas in a matrix environment
- Strong systems experience with SAP, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI, ChatGPT / AI)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~10%
