Student People Operations & Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for a student in People Operations to contribute to climate neutrality with us at thermondo. The role involves supporting the People Operations Team, maintaining absences and personnel data, and building automations using AI tools.

What You Will Do

As First Level Support of the People Operations Team, you will sift through incoming requests, clarify standard requests for leave, maintain absences and personnel data, and build own automations in Personio or with AI tools.

You will be a good fit if you have outstanding IT and AI affinity, are familiar with Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets, and have a structured, efficient working method.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies, ideally in economics or social sciences, personnel management, psychology, business informatics, or a comparable subject
• Outstanding IT and AI affinity
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Personio or another HRIS knowledge
• Reporting tools like Looker interest
