Role Overview
Own advanced sales analytics for AEM by building a best-in-class data foundation and insight engine that drives focused sales coverage, and predictable growth. Leverage latest AI models daily to accelerate analysis, automate repeatable work, and improve decision support. Act as the analytics architect for Revenue Operations data.
What You Will Do
Build and govern executive grade analytics across: Pipeline health & velocity, Coverage vs. capacity, Conversion funnels across channels, Productivity metrics. Translate complex data into clear commercial narratives for: Monthly leadership reviews, Annual planning, Quarterly business reviews.

Challenge assumptions with data; influence decisions without authority. Mentor analysts as the function scales. Develop account level potential models combining: Firmographics, Product penetration, Usage / entitlement signals (where applicable).
Requirements
- Total 12+yrs of experience
- 8+ years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence
- Experience supporting global or multi region sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively, even without direct authority over team members.
- Salesforce (data model mastery; CRM Analytics strongly preferred)
- Snowflake (strong SQL, modeling)
- Alteryx / Dbt (data engineering)
- Power BI / Tableau (executive‐level dashboarding)
- Advanced Excel + strong analytical modeling mindset
- Deep understanding of: SaaS Sales motions (new business, existing expansion, renewals), Coverage, capacity, and productivity levers, Incentive design implications
- Ability to connect data → decision → revenue impact
